Who the heck are the Delgados? Who knows; but they're from Scotland. So is Franz Ferdinand, so that's ok, I guess. Klue to Karen. Klue, Klue, Klue, Klue. What do I play? Klue, Klue, Klue So yeah, as Blaise knows, this was what I spend the past half-hour making. The joke was a picture of a pinata with the caption "i'd hit that"

Screwing up my sleep-cycle again by turning up ridiculously early for school today. How. Did. I. Get. Stuck. In. Marching band. So cold this morning... I will probably be asking myself the same thing when Ms. Lim finally "persuades" me to join choir. Goddam. Sister was thoughtful enough to get a Mario Puzo book for me yesterday. Yay- but I'm still sifting through Dostoevsky and that book by Capote that the movie (of the same name. Capote, not In cold blood) is based around. Went to Kino again after marching band- they have this little incubator now (for some reason) in the Children's section with baby chicks on display. Had to babysit at the same time...gave me a chance to peruse through what kids read these days. ( Les Miserables in 99 pages? teh lol! Not that any kid would buy that in a million years). Bought a deliciously cute (did I just say that) little hardcover book of various books summed up in Haiku. A selection of ones that caught my eye. Cherry blossoms fall- With force equals to Mass times Acceleration - Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica, by Newton Lecherous Linguist- he lays low and is laid low, after laying Lo. - Lolita, by Nabakov ('sif you couldn't guess) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ (lololololololololololololol, for good measure) "Who dat fine Knight be?", asked the saucy Moorish wench. "Dat be Ivan, ho" - Ivanhoe, by Sir Walter Scott The eternal Tao. To know it, is not to know. What is it? Don't ask. - Tao Te Ching, by Lao Tzu Bought, also, a fat book that goes by the title of "The book thief". About a girl in Nazi Germany who steals books (I'm hoping that the war will only move the plot along). There's a chinese proverb (I'm not quite sure how it goes) about how a man who steals books is not a thief. Same vein here; not so much a thief as she is saving them from the Nazi book burnings and all. Smells like Bradbury. Aaaaa. Blister. Owie. Goddam! Had a riveting conversation with adosie and blaise last night (the longest conversation i've had on msn, in recent memory.)

I advise you to watch it, too. Oh yes, in the interests of respecting Kelvin's privacy (despite the vast majority of the authors here having directly witnessed such,) I will not be uploading the video of Kelvin getting beaten by Liya. At least, not until I edit it to the point it's worthy of some Academy award nominations. I can see it now: "And the award for Best supporting actress goes to - Liya (surname unkown. I'm sorry!) for her role in "Kelvin getting his monkey-ass whooped by Liya in an arm wrestle"! *cue award-winning scene* (I'm actually just embarassed at how my voice sounds in narrating that video.)

Censored. Well...I've run out of ideas... So until next time... Pat. O wait; I'm listening to Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin and Dvorak's Symphony No.9 from "The New World", IV, Allegro con fuoco. Both uploaded by Paul Pang. Thanks to Paul. For those who don't know, he's our school's insanely good-why-are-you-even-here pianist. The music he plays when the official party moves in and out? Totally improvised. That is insane. But he's super-fob. How fob is a person who puts the chinese national anthem ( in yellow text on a red background) and hangs with this other guy, who, together, proclaim themselves "Team HK!" (with index and middle finger in the "V" shape). But that's cool.

Greetings all.
This is Steven, known to many of you as Song. Many of you guys would know me from school. Others, through various mediums, such as my old posts here, and of course, my blog Ezenthrar. Obviously, you will have varied impressions of me. Some of you guys might despise me, while others I get on quite well with. It matters little though. It's not really in my position now to judge or care, although a few weeks ago, I may have flamboyantly defended my beliefs. Enlightenment isn't the right term that would describe what my feelings have spiraled through. It's probably a mix of disillusionment and humility. Either way, I give up on racism. I wasted two years hating my own race while getting nothing out of it. Yes, I still don't feel physically attracted to alot of girls (as Karen so succinctly pointed out on Ezenthrar) but I couldn't find myself caring right now. I crossed the line when I objectified girls a couple of months ago and I need to give up on this whole mess, at least for a few more months before I pick up the pieces.
So what does this mean for you guys, the readers and co-authors? No, there won't be this "OMG! Song became a Neo-Evangelical Extremist Puritan after blablabla" business. I totally suck at this political game (another one of the many reasons behind the fall-out between me and Kelvin during the last couple of years) and I'm really not into debating or public speaking anymore (Not after Selway kicked me out in y9 and Dr. Du started interfering with my Friday Afternoons). I suppose this'll be another place to post thoughts, recollections and the philosophical ramblings of a Shrek-obsessed, delusional, English student. Anyway, I might post more sometime later, that is, if I don't get evicted from this blog like Morris.
-Song
PS: Rumors are true. I bought another wig this year at the Easter show, although they didn't come with "Plates". To the guys who didn't go, you missed out. Big time.

Hi, my name's Liya and i'm an alcoholic. I've been sober for 16 years now. It was tough but I've made it through.
So yeah, about me. I go to Sydney Girls, in the same group of friends as Dora but shock horror, I don't do debating or public speaking. Let's see... the two things i relish the most are independence and passion. And by the way, I'm writing this post only hours after going on a three day, two night Duke of Ed hiking expedition. If I start to talk to gibberish, it's because I've fallen asleep on the keyboard which currently looks infinately more comfortable than the tent tarpaulin covering the hard ground for the past two nights. Dora shares my pain.
To other resident authors: Roca, Kelvin and Morris I know. Pat: are you Patrick Chen or Patrick Duffy?? And Karen, I was talking to Linda and Livia who moved from your school to mine and they commented that I reminded them of you. Since I don't write in technicolour, I'm not so sure...
And Becca, in answer to your request to view my imaginary blog it is just that... imaginary. In answer to why i don't have a blog, i could go on a rant about privacy and the good old-fashioned pen and paper journal but the truth is, i know that if i create one, it's ultimate fate will be that of kelvin's... neglected and wanting. But if you're really nosy, I post stuff on the ooomph blog which would really make no sense to you and which currrently has the worst banner imaginable and dora and myself are not to be associated with the ghastly bad taste.
Well then, I guess I'll see most of you on Thursday. Happy Easter and according to our student welfare teacher "relaxing holiday study!"
Sweet dreams to you all,
Liya (pronounced Leah, not Liar because that is not what I am)
PS. Kelvin, apparantly I'm to challenge you to an arm wrestle. They say the odds look good!

Well hello hello
Things have changed here since I last said that. Things have changed in general For debaters: Karl Kramp has begun! Newtown was one of the first schools to start, with a glorious victory over Cantebury GHS. Speaking times have increased to 9-11 minutes, which does create much fun! 11 min at first aff (me) is slightly excessive, I'll admit, but god it's fun!
General: Hello to the new authors! In answer to Karen's qu, I am from Newtown PA, and I know of the two boys you mentioned. I don't think I've ever spoken to them, but I know of them. I take it you do a PAU thing or somethign with them?? Hello to Liya also. I want to read your blog!! (Yes, I'm nosy)
So hello again to all. I shall hope to see most of you at you know what on you know when. I hope the hols do prosper and that the weekend is much much fun! From your ~Sock girl

'Fined for walking slowly' "Los Angeles: An 82-year old waman was slapped with a $US114 ($A156) ticket for taking too long to cross a street. ... A mototrcycle policeman pounced, telling her she was obstructing traffic before writing out the fine" *** in other news: today was the last day of school. yay

Today was the athletics carnival, and so will tomorrow. I've given up on participating - if I ever thought that I had the focus to read in the midst of a crowd of hundreds - I was right. Problem was, Codey has an exceptionally irritating voice that reaches into frequencies over the P.A which drill into your skull. Really annoying.
Shaihan is the biggest clown! I wish I had my phone so I could video what he did when the topic of conversation (I use the term 'conversation' loosely- what it was, much more than anything, was the unmistakeable sound of Kelvin getting paid out) turned to his new - say, interest. OOOOOooooOOOOOOooooOOOOOoooOOOOoooh.
Anyway, that being said, Shaihan was a clown, and I wish I had footage to make a .gif set on a loop of what he did.
Shaihan: "oh kelvin! oh kelvin!"
Haha. Ah. Shaihan and his resourcefulness in turning a common sports water bottle into a instrument of absolute hilarity.
Before I leave, the Eurotrash girl tells me she likes my gazelleskin wallet. I tell her I would like to tit-f*ck her and then maybe cut her arms off, but the music, George Michael singing "Faith" is too loud and she can't hear me.
The carnival lacked the atmosphere of calm I needed to focus on Dracula, so out of frustration i started on "American Psycho" (as you could probably tell).
Tried to find Ms. Lim all day. Tsk. Spotted her a few time on the marshalling area. Where could she have been? Need to hand her that slip. Should've done that last week...
Early morning tomorrow; going for a walk with Victor and Anthony (other grades, other people) around the CBD. I am not looking forward to ANZAC day.
I should come clean no,w Kelvin- Karen, myself and the rest of the world are all in kahootz to weedle you into believing that you are an annoying person. So nerr- Karen is not my best friend in the whole wide world (yet), Kelvin. Just because someone thinks that you might be a little annoying, doesn't mean they're my friend. I could go on, but I need rest.
Night.

hmmm. i have spent much too much time thinking about primary school of late... ahh primary school... memories... all those moments of pure fun and embarrasment. anyone care to reminisce? yes i know they will mean nothing to me, or to some of the others... but its always fun to do anyway... well i always think it is... some of my friends decided to remind me of this just the other day...
ok... i remeber when a friend was getting teased by some boys for having boobs which were slightly bigger than the rest of ours and i go "i thought boys liked big jugs?!" OMG I KNOW. I WAS 12. or something. SHUT UP. hilarious right? oh man... how very embarrassing. but still funny. and the best part? or most mortifying... my friends went and told the WHOLE FRIGGING CLASS. INCLUDING THE TEACHER.
and I ACTUALLY SAID "JUGS"!! how scary. and extremely weird.
yeah, so thats one of my memories... probably one of the most prominent. how about you people? anything, anything at all....?
